Linda W. Ferris, BA, MA, PhD

Cancer administrative leader for 18 years in Michigan, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, and Colorado, Linda Ferris is the Centura Health Leader for Oncology Services, Centura Health, Colorado. She is responsible for building a comprehensive, integrated network of cancer programs and cancer services across 15 hospitals and 7 rural affiliates in the State of Colorado and southwest Kansas. She brings more than 18 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare. She serves on the Executive Committee of the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer, and is the past chair of the Member Organization Committee, overseeing 50 member organizations. Linda assumed the position of chair of the Accreditation Committee of the Commission on Cancer in 2013. She is the immediate Past President and a board member of the Association of Cancer Executives.

Linda served as Vice President of the Renown Institute for Cancer and Clinical Program Development in Reno, Nevada, where she assisted with the formation of a Cancer Affiliation with the Helen Diller Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of California, San Francisco. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Executive Director for Oncology and Surgical Services at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, Maryland. She played a prominent role in the execution of a Cancer Research Affiliation agreement with the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland.

Linda holds a doctorate in organizational and psychological studies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; a master's degree in clinical psychology from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan; and a bachelor's degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
