Dear Navigators, Social Workers, Administrators, and Clinical Staff,
Whether called New Year’s resolutions or personal goals, the beginning of a new year is a time for personal reflection and an opportunity to make positive changes in our lives and set our focus on new achievements. This is important for all of us, both personally and professionally. Also important is recognizing accomplishments. Each year, in time for our annual conference, we pause to take note of the navigators and organizations among us who have made a significant impact in the oncology navigation field.
At the recent AONN+ annual meeting, we recognized several people and organizations who made significant contributions to the field. To all the 2020 AONN+ Award recipients, please accept my most sincere congratulations for your professional achievements!

Learning about the contributions of each awardee makes me feel quite proud to be an oncology nurse navigator and a member of the Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators. As members of AONN+, I hope you share in this feeling and find inspiration in their stories for your own professional goals in 2021.
